Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Processing Coordinator to support our client's daily office operations by managing outgoing mail and document processing. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential documents in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, print, and organize documents for outgoing mail.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution.
  • Obtain required signatures and ensure proper document execution.
  • Coordinate notarization of documents as needed.
  • Process, package, and mail high volumes of outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of mailed documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties related to document management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and processing requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, mailroom, or document processing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment, including printers and scanners.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
